Something broke, someone behaved badly, or you just have a question — here’s how to reach us. We read everything.
Email us
For anything at all — bugs, account issues, questions, feedback — write to [email protected]. Reports of objectionable content or abusive members are acted on within 24 hours; everything else gets a reply within two business days.
Report or block in the app
The fastest way to handle bad behavior is in the app itself: block anyone in one tap, report any post, comment, or person that felt wrong, or write to the team from Settings. What you report leaves your feed at once. Every report is reviewed by a person and acted on within 24 hours — objectionable content comes down and the member who posted it is removed. We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive members.
Delete your 22Blues account
You can delete your account at any time, with the app or without it.
- In the app: open your profile, tap the gear, choose Delete account and confirm.
- Without the app: email [email protected] from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your 22Blues account. We delete it and write back to confirm.
What is deleted at once
- Your name, birth year, gender and email address.
- Your profile photos.
- Your Google or Apple sign-in, and your phone’s notification token.
- Who you follow, who follows you, and your notifications.
- What our systems learned from your photos and posts.
- Your posts, comments and replies leave the app. Where other people wrote under one of them, the thread stays and your part reads “[deleted]”.
What is kept, and for how long
- The photos and videos in your posts: 90 days, then destroyed.
- Reports that involve you, with a copy of what was reported: 90 days.
- The opening lines of a chat kept for a safety check: up to 90 days.
- Your messages with our support team: 30 days.
- The record that the app connected you with another member: 180 days.
- Blocks between you and other members, as two account numbers with no name or photo.
- A record that the account existed, with no name, email address or photo.
