Child Safety Standards

These are the standards of 22Blues: Meet & Discover Egypt (22Blues) against child sexual abuse and exploitation. They apply to everything on 22Blues — posts, photos, videos, comments, replies, profiles and private chats — and to every member.
1. Zero tolerance
22Blues prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind. That includes any image, video or words that sexualise a minor, grooming a child, sextortion, trafficking, and any attempt to contact a minor for a sexual purpose. There is no context in which it is allowed.
2. Adults only
22Blues is for people aged 18 and over. Every member gives a birth year before taking part, and an account whose year is under 18 cannot be created. An account we believe belongs to someone under 18 is removed.
3. How we keep it off 22Blues
Every photo and video members post is screened automatically for sexual content, and the words of every post are checked against our guidelines. What the checks flag is hidden and reviewed by a person on our team.
4. Reporting in the app
Any member can report a post, comment, reply, profile or chat from inside the app, write to our team from Settings › Contact 22blues, or email [email protected]. What you report leaves your own feed at once. Every report is reviewed by a person and acted on within 24 hours.
5. What we do
When we learn of child sexual abuse material or exploitation on 22Blues, we remove the content at once, permanently remove the account responsible, report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the relevant national authorities, and cooperate with law enforcement.
